Wireless Radio Technical Director

The client is looking for a Wireless Radio Technical Director to work a 12 month rolling contract based in South Africa (Johannesburg).

Job Summary:

• Lead a multi-cultural team to deliver wireless Network Tasks, with deep expertise in Network Optimization. Drive timely delivery of upgrades, KPIs, and Customer  presentations(CXO Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team to execute technical delivery(Umlaut Benchmark Test/Site Modernization, Network Strategy Adjustment/Network SWAP/New Feature & Strategy and so on)
• Prepare  reports and conduct technical presentations to Customer(CXO level)
• Resolve urgent issues under pressure
• Customer Management

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Wireless Network Optimization
• 5+ year experience of Team Management, familiar with 4G/5G Network Optimization
• Strong English communication and can work with internal and external high pressure
• Good at communication with Customer Technical Department
• Have ZTE or Huawei or E/// Network Optimization Experience
• Previous experience working on projects in South Africa preferred
