The client is looking for a number of Wireless Network Customer Support Engineers to work 3 month rolling contract based in Armenia (Yerevan).

Job description:

  • As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure by performing essential technical tasks and supporting customer deployments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Management: Execute software uploads, upgrades, and configuration changes on network elements, strictly adhering to established rules and scripts.
  • BTS Commissioning: Perform Base Transceiver Station (BTS) commissioning activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
  • Configuration File Deployment: Upload prepared Site Configuration Files (SCF) to BTS equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
  • System Monitoring & Verification: Conduct post-implementation alarm monitoring and system health checks, ensuring stability until successful handover to the customer.
  • Issue Escalation: Promptly identify and escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior Customer Support Engineers for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Interact and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all activities align with defined standard procedures and project requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately fill out project milestones (e.g., NdP-D) and maintain comprehensive records of all relevant technical information and activities.
