Wireless Engineer

Ying Cui is looking for Wireless Engineer based in Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Work as the TD in the wireless engineering project delivery. Have experience in project migration and 5G delivery. Be responsible for project technical management and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle major technical risks and problems of the project, organize technical resources to jointly tackle the problems, output solutions, and ensure the quality of solution execution.
• Manage all wireless delivery operations, review technical solutions, provide technical support, and ensure network security and quality.
• Develop the capability development objectives, plans, and strategies for product technical engineers, and implement the personnel echelon building.
• Organize communication with key customers (professional directors/engineers in charge), identify major issues and pain points that customers are concerned about, and provide solutions to improve service satisfaction.
