UI/UX Designer

The client is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer – Mobile Applications to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to design and enhance mobile applications used by internal users and large customer bases. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient mobile experiences aligned with enterprise standards and development frameworks. The ideal candidate is an expert in Figma, experienced in working with cross-functional enterprise teams, and capable of translating complex business processes into intuitive mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for enterprise mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Translate business requirements and system workflows into clear user flows and mobile UI designs
• Design high-fidelity mobile interfaces, interactive prototypes, and reusable components using Figma
• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries
• Ensure alignment with:
  • iOS Human Interface Guidelines
  • Material Design standards
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Collaborate closely with:
  • Product Managers
  • Business Analysts
  • Development and QA teams
• Provide developer-ready designs and support implementation through delivery
• Conduct usability testing and apply customer feedback and data insights to optimize user experience and engagement

Primary Project Focus:

• Internal enterprise mobile applications (operations, workflows, approvals)
• Customer-facing enterprise platforms
• Enhancements to live applications (UX optimization, feature expansion)
• Design standardization across multiple products or business units

Tools & Technologies:

Required:

• Figma (expert level, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and Dev Mode)

Recommended / Working Knowledge:

• FigJam / Miro (for workshops and user flows)
• Awareness of mobile development frameworks:
  • Flutter
  • React Native
  • Native iOS / Android concepts
• Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile application design
• Experience working with complex workflows, data-heavy screens, and role-based access
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Ability to balance usability, business requirements, and technical constraints
