Telecom Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a Telecom Cloud Infrastructure professional responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting telecom cloud platforms and infrastructure hosting virtualized and cloud-native network functions.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and support telecom cloud infrastructure hosting virtualized and cloud-native network functions.

Manage Huawei and Nokia telecom cloud platforms supporting Core CS/PS, IMS, and other network applications.

Monitor the availability, performance, capacity, and overall health of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization resources.

Support Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) and Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs) across production and disaster-recovery sites.

Perform troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to infrastructure, virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and platform-management systems.

Execute preventive maintenance, software upgrades, patching, backup, and restoration activities.

Support the deployment, scaling, migration, and lifecycle management of telecom network functions.

Coordinate with Core, IP, Security, Data Center, NOC, and vendor-support teams during incidents, maintenance activities, and planned changes.

Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with operational SLAs, security requirements, and high-availability standards.

Prepare technical reports covering platform health, incidents, resource utilization, capacity risks, and recommended improvement actions.
