Technical Manager

The client is seeking a Technical Manager to work from their Milan office on a permanent contract.

In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of implementation projects. You will be leading all technical activities across the full life of engagements with customers, from initial inputs to customer proposals all the way through to completion.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical oversight across all delivery engagements to ensure adherence to promised timelines, budgetary costs and quality standards.
• Work with the Implementation Director to manage implementation partner relationships
