Job Description

The CEM Engineer plays a pivotal role within the Electromechanical Projects Department, providing comprehensive support and leadership to monitoring teams. This dynamic position requires a strong understanding of electromechanical projects, excellent coordination capabilities, and the ability to effectively interface with key stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Capacity and Critical Environments Management.
Assignment of Space and Power Requests (SPR) for all deployments.
Participate in Infrastructure Deployment and Demand Forecast (IDDF) studies with stakeholders and reserve required capacities for space and power.
Monitor site capacity and utilization with high accuracy.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies as required, including strategic deployment initiatives.
Develop accurate panel schedules for all downstream power distribution systems (from DC plant to racks) and upload them into designated tools.
Perform QA/QC activities to ensure accuracy in space and power allocation, installation compliance, dismantling activities, and reporting.
Develop white space designs for greenfield and brownfield expansions, as well as modified or evacuated floor spaces.
Utilize TFIM management systems for real-time capacity management and asset library updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in the electromechanical or telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical projects and relevant industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
Desired Skills
Previous experience working with telecom infrastructure providers or tower companies.
Multilingual communication skills.
