The client is looking for a Tawal CEM Engineer to work full-Time in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.
Job Description:
The CEM Engineer plays a vital role within the Electromechanical Projects Department, supporting capacity and critical environments management activities. The position requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Tawal Company and other project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Capacity and Critical Environments Management (CEM) operations.
- Assign and track Space and Power Requests (SPR) for all deployments.
- Participate in Infrastructure Deployment and Demand Forecast (IDDF) studies and reserve space and power capacities accordingly.
- Monitor and report site capacity and utilization with accuracy.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new and strategic deployments.
- Prepare detailed Panel Schedules for all downstream power distribution systems (from DC plant to racks) and upload them in the designated tool.
- Perform QA/QC checks to ensure installation compliance, accuracy of space and power allocation, and proper dismantling documentation.
- Develop White Space Designs for Greenfield, Brownfield, and modified site expansions.
- Maintain and update TFIM management systems for real-time capacity and asset tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electromechanical or telecommunications industries.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical projects and relevant technical standards.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project management tools.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working with or supporting Tawal Company projects.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred).
