The client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid).

Job Description:

TAP will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top IT professionals from the external market to support the business lines of a major Telecom vendor.
Candidate will have full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Deliver the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Manage hiring plans for business lines, and execute them effectively.
  • Build partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, business people partners, and other process stakeholders.
  • Develop recruitment strategies using social media, direct sourcing, and employee referrals.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on recruiting markets, trends, and compensation.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow and pipelines.
  • Engage passive candidates and generate referrals.
  • Design interview and evaluation processes for various roles.
  • Provide exceptional organization and project management skills.

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience, focusing on technical, leadership, and IT professional recruiting.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with the senior stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong sourcing ability using multiple, creative avenues.
  • Knowledge of recruiting markets, trends, and compensation.
  • Excellent Greek and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
