Service Customer Hotline Support Engineers


Job Description

Kimberly Hume is looking for 2x Service Customer Hotline Support Engineers (One Dutch speaker & One French Speaker) to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Netherlands (Rijswijk).

Job Description:

  • The L1 service provider picks up the phone from Customer
  • Tries to help the customer through the troubleshooting steps and his own knowledge, which he/she learned during the trainings.
  • Handle Ticket is being escalated to the L2 Engineer
  • Guide customer to collect information and log according Vendor engineer require
  • Assist to create the ticket for customer according procedure of Vendor


  • Mandatory Language skills (both Dutch or French and English)
