The client is looking for a Senior RAN Data Analytics & Optimization Specialist to work a Long-term/Full-time contract in Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview:
The Senior RAN Data Analytics & Optimization Specialist will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, advanced performance analysis, and proactive network optimization actions. You will work closely with engineering, performance, and operations teams to ensure best-in-class network KPIs, user experience, and national ranking achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Trend Prediction:

Perform detailed analysis, data correlation, data mining, and predictive modelling to support proactive decision-making.

Identify performance patterns, behavioural trends, and improvement opportunities across the RAN domain.
RAN Performance & Optimization:
-
Conduct end-to-end performance analysis across capacity management, utilization, features, parameters, and configurations.

Highlight bottlenecks, raise issues with relevant departments, and follow up until full resolution.

Lead major parameter and feature audits, recommending adjustments to optimize KPIs.
-
Provide recommendations for new features, tuning, and enhancements based on traffic growth and congestion patterns.
OOKLA & User Experience Analytics:
-
Perform OOKLA drive test analysis, including manual testing validation against competitor operators.

Execute sample-level diagnosis of OOKLA degradation and propose actionable solutions.

Recommend strategies to improve OOKLA throughput, latency, and ranking.

Conduct device-level analysis to support 3G shutdown activities.
Traffic, Coverage & Customer Experience Insights:

Analyse network, band, and carrier strategies to elevate user experience.

Perform User Experience–based Traffic Management Analysis through Tableau, focusing on time-to-content and throughput.

Provide city-level coverage gap insights using geo-location models.
-
Deliver district-level complaint analysis based on CRM data and submit improvement recommendations.

Detect problematic router/smartphone devices impacting KPIs using cell traces (CEM/LogTool).
-
Identify device capability limitations affecting N40 Accessibility KPIs via LogTool analysis.
Technology Evolution & Use Cases:

Evaluate new technology use cases and propose innovations tailored to evolving network demands.

Develop device-level insights to support future network strategy and optimization.
Technical Skills & Tools:
-
Strong experience with 4G/5G RAN Optimization (minimum 7 years).

Proficiency with data processing/engineering tools:
SQL, VBA, Python, Linux Shell. -
Hands-on experience with EZE call flow-based analysis.

Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for delivering high-quality technical and executive reports.

Strong understanding of CEM/LogTool, cell trace analysis, network-level troubleshooting, and KPI enhancement techniques.

Strong confidence, stakeholder management, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
