Senior Project Manager

The client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage power-related projects with a strong focus on Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) scope, ensuring successful planning, deployment, and execution. The role requires proven experience in the power field within KSA and strong customer management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead E&M and Power scope planning and deployment activities for projects in KSA.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, adhering to timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
• Provide clear and effective communication both upward (management/stakeholders) and downward (project teams).
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and maintained.
• Oversee construction work field planning and deployment for power-related activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of power field projects.

Minimum Requirements / Profile:

• Strong background as E&M Manager with expertise in Power Scope Planning and Deployment.
• Proven delivery track record in power projects within KSA.
• Excellent communication skills, both upward and downward.
• Extensive Power Scope Planning exposure and hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated customer management expertise.
• Proven experience in construction work field power planning and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in the field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in E&M and power projects, with relevant KSA exposure.
