Senior Consultant Archer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior RSA Archer Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the RSA Archer GRC platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable Archer solutions while ensuring platform stability and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding RSA Archer platform-related discussions.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Archer-based solutions.

Recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Archer capabilities and GRC industry standards.

Prepare and maintain solution documentation including functional specifications, solution design documents, and implementation notes.

Lead and support technical implementation of Archer configurations, enhancements, and new modules.

Configure and manage Archer components such as applications, workflows, calculations, dashboards, and reports.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to performance, workflows, and data integrity.

Coordinate testing activities including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.

Ensure adherence to platform governance standards, security policies, and configuration best practices.

Support platform roadmap initiatives including new module deployments, integrations, and SaaS migration activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform configuration and administration.

Experience implementing or supporting Archer modules such as Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, BCM, or IT Control Assurance.

Good understanding of Archer workflows, data-driven events, calculations, and reporting capabilities.

Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable Archer solutions.

Experience preparing solution documentation and functional specifications.

Strong troubleshooting skills related to configuration, workflows, and data management.

Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder communication and client management skills.

Experience working in large enterprise or multi-entity environments is preferred.

Experience with Archer implementations in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
