Rollout Manager

The client is looking for a Rollout Manager to work a 3 month rolling contract based in South Africa (Johannesburg).

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing staff, subcontractors, Team Leaders, Customer and any related parties to the project and Ensuring that the end-to-end Activities are completed within the project time frames. (Provide Project forecasting from T0).
• Managing the Regional requirements over all projects.
• Manage High level project tracking on dedicated systems and offline tracking across all projects.
• Knowledge of all project requirements through each department involved in the project work-flow.
• Risk management and resolution.
• Manage Internal and Customer Escalations until resolution.
• Manage Project acceptance compliance checks and sign offs.
• Build and Maintain Relationships with the Regional Customer and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated involvement in MTN or Vodacom Wireless projects, with in-depth knowledge of procedures (planning, implementation, and acceptance).
• Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of at least 10 members, with the ability to guide and mentor effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven and assertive, with strong project control capabilities to ensure team accountability and project success.
