Daniel is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant to work in Monterrey, Mexico on a 6-month contract (extendable). The role of the RPA Development Analyst is to support the improvement and optimization of GES processes and business activities through the implementation of Robotic Processes Automation technology, as well as introducing new technologies to enhance the automation capabilities of the Digital Platforms Team. The role works as part of the Digital Platforms Team and works and collaborates closely with Business Analysts and with Service, Product Owners, Continuous Improvement Team and developer partners, to ensure that all processes and activities being automated have been adequately scrutinized before automation. In this role you will also support in developing skills as needed to guarantee the success of the RPA development projects, as well as introducing new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and others. Responsibilities: – Define automation workflows for configurations in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions such as Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow – Collaborate with team members of the Business Excellence team to review automation opportunities and benefits – Ensure the highest level of quality prior to automation – Support automation of testing processes that span multiple environments including Web, Windows, SAP, and Web services.
