Kimberly Hume is urgently looking for an RF Optimization Engineer (ZTE Equipment) to work a 6-month rolling contract based in Algeria (Algiers).

Job description:

• Responsible and accountable for 2G/3G/4G/5G Quality of service in 1 area of Network
• Ensure improvement of OSS/DT/Crowd-source KPIs and ensure compliance to KPI target
• Provide monthly capacity requirement analysis
• Perform Monthly benchmarks analysis and optimization recommendations.

Role requirements:

• At least 5 year’s experience as a 2G/3G/4G/5G optimization engineer
• Extensive knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile networks architecture
• Proficient in Network Quality of service KPIs analysis
• Troubleshooting for Availability, Accessibility, retain-ability, mobility, and performance issues on 4G/5G VoLTE and PS
• Expert in 4G/5G parameters and features.
• Drive test and MR analysis experience.
• Quality of presentation.
