Regional Manager

The client is looking for a Regional Manager to work a 3 month rolling contract based in South Africa (Johannesburg).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of communication engineering projects, driving continuous improvement in delivery standards and processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives, providing ongoing support and process monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, leveraging the strengths of internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule while meeting quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with the regional customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated involvement in MTN or Vodacom Wireless projects, with in-depth knowledge of procedures (planning, implementation, and acceptance).
• Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of at least 15 members, with the ability to guide and mentor effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven and assertive, with strong project control capabilities to ensure team accountability and project success.
