Job Description

The client is looking for a QC Manager to work in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Support (IoT) – Provide quality support to IoT-related customer services.
  • OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) – Ensure product quality compliance before shipment.
  • Service Center Support – Conduct test evaluations and perform root cause analysis for customer returns or issues.
  • Repackaging – Oversee and ensure compliance in repackaging processes.
  • Supplier & Factory Audit – Plan and conduct supplier audits and factory audits to evaluate quality systems, process capability, and compliance with standards.
  • Mass Production Audit – Perform mass production audits to ensure ongoing quality consistency, process stability, and adherence to specifications.
  • IoT NPI Product Test Support (FAI) – Support New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • QMS & Certification Documents – Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and prepare necessary documentation for certifications.
  • Call Center & Customer Support – Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; background in QA or Engineering required.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ work experience with strong knowledge in manufacturing, product design, and mechanical/electrical components.
