PTT and MDM Solution Performance Engineer

Performance – PTT/MDM Analysis Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end analysis of Push-to-Talk (PTT) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) cloud solutions in the telecom domain (on-demand/short-term/long-term), supporting technical and customer teams and developing reports/tools/processes to achieve service performance delivery under managed service projects.

Technical Description

• Expert Engineer in managed services covering a unique and wide range of PTT and MDM technologies and services (PTT solutions, cloud-based MDM) integrated with mobile core/BSS, under high-demand conditions (SLA, KPI thresholds, report quality, delivery time constraints, automation, AI, etc.).
• Built a complex combination of experience, skills, and knowledge to meet the needs of high-demanding customers using converged PTT–MDM solutions.
• Cover MDM/MTD Android, MDM/MTD Windows, and COTS HW.
• Experience in mobile security concepts.
• Experience and knowledge of different charging systems and service design for PTT/MDM offerings, including prepaid/postpaid, enterprise fleets, and mission-critical communication use cases.
• Engineer is responsible for analysis, assurance, and reporting functions within the team for this technology.
• Advanced understanding of Project HLD/LLD design handling for PTT and MDM solutions, auditing designs and translating them into analysis, monitoring, and reporting requirements across the combined SR flow.
• High experience in dealing with charging system configuration, dumps, and usage records/CDRs for PTT and MDM services to extract/audit service information, performance, and interface signaling traces.
• BSS experience in integrating PTT and MDM products with CRM, billing, and customer care systems.
• PTT and MDM nodes and platforms in terms of solution design, configuration, statistics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Experience with 4G/5G SA environments where new Service Data Flows (SDF) for PTT and MDM are integrated with UPM/analytics platforms, enabling the startup of different processes, KPIs, reports, deliverables, and ensuring business continuity.
• Charging system and service expert at multiple levels (design, business configuration, performance tools/reporting) for PTT/MDM bundles. This includes features, functions, business logic, fleet profiles, roaming programs, building LLD/HLD/MOP, and E2E testing.
• Backup, follow-up, support, and alignment with performance assurance functionality for the combined PTT–MDM solution.
• Hands-on data analytics skills (SQL, VBA, Python, Linux shell, ENIQ, UPM, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc., Machine Learning, Microsoft Office) to develop/visualize high-quality technical and executive-level reports for PTT and MDM KPIs.
• Improvement proposals covering end-user experience, new PTT features (group call optimization, priority access, emergency calls), and new MDM business cases (policy automation, device security, zero-touch onboarding) with reference to global markets.
• Special events predictions and preparation (Ramadan, Hajj, National and Founding Days) for PTT traffic patterns and MDM device behavior, ensuring service resilience and capacity readiness.
• End-to-end PTT and MDM service performance analysis, including SR flows between platforms (PTT application servers, MDM cloud).
• Building performance management and audit reports and business intelligence dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) for PTT and MDM services, including the use of AI/ML concepts to detect anomalies and predict service degradation.
