Job Description

• Analyze EPC, 5GC Core, and IMS Core network performance, and identify root causes of performance degradation.
• Perform on-demand analysis for specific issues, including new performance degradation and customer complaints.
• Provide actionable recommendations to resolve identified issues, including parameter tuning for IMS or EPC network elements.
• Design, develop, and implement new KPIs, counters, and dashboards to enhance monitoring solutions and address key customer challenges.
• Collaborate with customer teams to enrich solutions with new use cases and propose enhancements through advanced KPIs and dashboards in Big Data and virtualized environments.
• Conduct workshops to transfer telecom knowledge and provide training on new features and solutions to customer teams.
• Offer technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on network-related topics.
• Participate in customer presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations from analysis.

Job Requirements

• Strong expertise in Core Network architecture, particularly in 5G and Packet Core.
• Experience with 5G SA and/or NSA deployments is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Core network equipment and vendor tools.
• Solid understanding of switching networks, signaling, telecom standards, and implementations.
• End-to-end knowledge of Packet Core and VoLTE call flows, including deployment, feature testing, and verification.
• Hands-on experience with signaling protocols such as SCTP, MAP, TCP/IP, Diameter, GTP-C/U, PFCP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Familiarity with mobile network interfaces, including Iu, A, Gx, Gy, S1, S11, S5, S6a, SGS, SGi, N1/N2, N3/N4, Cx, Sh, Ro, Rx, Gm, Sxa, Sxb, etc.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of end-to-end network architecture.
• Experience with traffic simulation tools.
• Basic understanding of RAN and transport networks.
• Knowledge of IP routing concepts in telecom service provider environments.
