Principal Agentic AI Architect / Tech Lead

The client is looking for a Principal Agentic AI Architect/Tech Lead to work in Dubai, UAE.

Role Overview:

The client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Agentic AI Architect/Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end technical vision and architecture of Project Aura. The role involves defining, building, and scaling cutting-edge AI systems with a focus on multi-agent architectures, LLM orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This individual will lead the technical team, select and implement the core AI/agentic frameworks, and ensure seamless integration with the organization’s technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall technical architecture and roadmap for Project Aura.
• Lead and mentor the AI engineering team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, production-grade solutions.
• Evaluate, select, and implement core AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, open-source or proprietary agentic platforms).
• Architect and optimize multi-agent systems to support complex workflows and mission-critical use cases.
• Design and implement low-latency, scalable, and secure AI solutions aligned with compliance and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, and infrastructure) to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Stay ahead of advancements in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and enterprise AI applications to continuously enhance the platform.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in software/AI architecture, with at least 5 years in leading technical AI teams.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Multi-agent systems design and orchestration.
  • LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents).
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Building secure, scalable, and low-latency applications, preferably in regulated or high-availability industries.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding high-performing AI/ML engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with industry data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR for healthcare, or equivalents in other industries) is desirable.
