Ying Cui is looking for a PMO to work in Africa.

Job description:

• Have program management experience and delivery experience in wireless, civil work, core network, and IP projects.
• Have customer-facing management experience. Be able to contact customers at the HOD level, drive the customer-facing progress, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction. Having worked as the account department FR, country FR, or in a related functional position is preferred.
• Understand project financial management and have experience in improving project financial management, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
• Understand system logic and operations.
• Understand the SD and LTC processes.
• Experience in internal control management

Experience required:

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
