Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Team Leader with 10+ years of experience to lead the HCM functional workstream and deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and delivery, and be fluent in both Arabic and English.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Delivery Governance:
    • Lead and manage the Oracle Fusion HCM functional team
    • Ensure delivery quality, compliance with project standards, and governance controls
    • Plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, mentor team members, and drive knowledge transfer
    • Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
    • Provide structured status reporting and escalation management
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Delivery:
    • Lead Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops
    • Translate business requirements into end-to-end functional solutions
    • Perform hands-on configuration for modules such as:
    • Core HR / HR Foundations
    • Workforce Structures (Legal Employer, BU, Departments, Jobs, Grades, Locations, etc.)
    • Absence Management
    • Recruiting / Talent (if applicable)
    • Define approvals, validations, workflows, and business rules aligned with best practices
    • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve functional issues independently
  • Testing, UAT & Go-Live:
    • Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution
    • Prepare test scenarios and scripts
    • Manage defect triage and resolution
    • Support cutover planning and go-live readiness
    • Provide hypercare support and ensure smooth stabilization
  • Training & Business Adoption:
    • Deliver end-user training sessions
    • Prepare user guides and documentation
    • Drive user adoption and operational readiness

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud) implementations
  • Proven hands-on functional configuration expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, and Recruiting/Talent
  • Experience leading Fit-Gap workshops and solution design
  • Strong SIT/UAT leadership and go-live experience
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience working with HR business stakeholders
