Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly skilled RAN Optimization Senior Engineer to join their team and contribute to the performance and quality enhancement of 5G/4G networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network optimization and a deep understanding of RAN technologies, with a particular focus on delivering and maintaining SLA-contracted KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 5G/4G network optimization activities to meet agreed SLA KPIs.
• Analyse network KPIs and provide parameter recommendations for performance improvement at both network and site levels.
• Conduct drive test analysis and post-processing to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Optimize 2G/3G/LTE/5G clusters to enhance KPIs and ensure a high-quality user experience across the network.
• Address and resolve VIP customer complaints related to RAN performance across all technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, design, core, and project teams.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly through excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience as a RAN Optimization Engineer.
• Strong expertise in RAN technologies including 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G.
• In-depth understanding of RAN feature functionalities and traffic management strategies.
• Proficient in performance analysis tools and optimization methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
