Network Planning & Optimization Expert

The client is looking for a Network Planning & Optimization Expert to work in Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end 2G/3G/4G network optimization.
• Analyze and optimize network KPIs, parameters, and features to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and coach local optimization teams, providing technical guidance and training.
• Support network benchmark and performance assurance activities.
• Engage with CXO-level customers, conduct technical discussions, and deliver value-based presentations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Network Planning & Optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with optimization parameters for 2G/3G/4G.
• Proven experience in network benchmark assurance preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing and coaching local teams.
• French speaking is an advantage.
