Job Description
- Identify network optimization opportunities to enhance coverage, capacity, quality, and user experience across 4G/5G networks.
- Drive RF strategies including:
- 5G NSA & SA deployments
- VoLTE & VoNR implementation
- Mobility criteria (voice & data)
- Low-band LTE/5G coverage strategies
- Evaluate RF features from software releases and manage feature trials.
- Perform end-to-end trace analysis (CEM/Discovery or similar) for root cause identification.
- Conduct network enhancement studies using CEM/Discovery/Crowdsource data.
- Benchmark RF performance across vendors and identify improvement areas.
- Develop spectrum refarming strategies.
- Forecast network growth and capacity requirements.
- Conduct technical impact assessments for investments and modernization programs.
- Prepare executive-level reports for senior management.
- Provide recommendations for OOKLA/OpenSignal performance improvement.
- Support ad-hoc technical queries from senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with E2E teams to resolve major network issues impacting KPIs.
