Job Description
- Carry out the necessary analysis, data correlation, data mining, and trend prediction to enable proactive, knowledge-driven decision-making.
- 4G and 5G RAN Optimization experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Perform performance analysis, including but not limited to capacity management, utilization, features, parameters, configurations, and technology assessments. Recommend and highlight issues/bottlenecks to the concerned departments and follow up until resolution.
- Conduct the necessary studies and analyses required to accommodate continuous growth in network traffic while sustaining the agreed network performance.
- Perform major parameter and feature audits and follow up to resolve discrepancies.
- Recommend new features and parameter settings to improve network KPIs.
- Recommend tuning of existing features and parameters based on traffic growth and congestion trends to improve network KPIs.
- Conduct OOKLA analysis for manual testing by other operators.
- Perform detailed sample-level analysis for any OOKLA degradation.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve OOKLA throughput, latency, and ranking.
- Conduct device-level analysis for 3G shutdown activities.
- Develop network, band, and carrier strategies to improve user experience.
- Perform user experience-based traffic management analysis through Tableau, highlighting time-to-content based on UE throughput.
- Propose new technology use cases and initiatives.
- Conduct device-level analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Perform city-level coverage gap analysis based on geolocation data.
- Conduct city/district-level customer complaint analysis based on CRM data and provide recommendations.
- Detect problematic routers and smartphone devices impacting 5G retainability and accessibility KPIs using cell traces (CEM/LogTool).
- Detect devices with capability issues impacting N40 accessibility KPIs by analyzing cell traces (LogTool).
- Experience with data processing and development tools such as SQL, VBA, Python, and Linux Shell scripting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to develop high-quality reports for technical and executive audiences.
- Perform E2E call flow-based analysis and studies to improve network performance.
- Strong presentation, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
