MS Optimization & Performance Management

• Identify network optimization opportunities to improve coverage, capacity, quality, and overall user experience across 4G and 5G networks.

• Propose and drive RF network strategies related to (but not limited to):

• 5G NSA and SA deployments
• VoLTE and VoNR implementation
• Mobility criteria for voice and data services
• Low-band deployment strategies for LTE and 5G coverage enhancement

• Evaluate RF features and enhancements introduced in software releases and oversee feature trial activities.

• Perform in-depth end-to-end trace analysis using CEM, Discovery, or other available platforms for root cause identification of RF and E2E issues.

• Conduct network enhancement studies using CEM, Discovery, and crowdsourced datasets.

• Compare RF functionalities and performance across multiple vendors and identify gaps and areas for improvement.

• Develop spectrum refarming strategies to maximize spectrum efficiency and enhance customer experience.

• Forecast network growth trends and develop network requirement projections based on traffic evolution, subscriber growth, and new service demands.

• Conduct technical impact assessments for network investments, modernization programs, and new technology introductions.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level technical, operational, and strategic reports for senior management and C-level stakeholders.

• Provide recommendations to improve OOKLA, OpenSignal, and overall network performance by utilizing crowdsourced data.

• Respond to ad hoc queries from senior management regarding technology, RF strategy, RF investment proposals, prioritization, and related initiatives.

• Collaborate with End-to-End (E2E) teams to troubleshoot and resolve major network-wide issues impacting customer experience and network KPIs.
