MS Optimization & Performance Management

The client is looking for an MS Optimization & Performance Management to work in Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for advanced analysis, data correlation, mining, and trend prediction to enable proactive, knowledge-driven decision-making for network optimization and performance enhancement across 4G and 5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed performance analysis covering capacity management, utilization, features, parameters, configurations, and technology assessment.
• Identify, recommend, and highlight network issues or bottlenecks to relevant departments and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Conduct studies and analysis to accommodate continuous growth in network traffic while maintaining agreed performance levels.
• Execute major parameter and feature audits; ensure discrepancies are removed.
• Recommend and implement new features/parameters to improve KPIs; tune existing features/parameters based on traffic growth and congestion.
• Perform OOKLA analysis for manual testing by other operators; conduct sample-level detailed analysis for degradations.
• Provide recommendations to improve throughput, latency, and ranking in OOKLA results.
• Conduct device-level analysis to support 3G shutdown activities.
• Develop strategies for network, band, and carrier deployment to improve user experience.
• Use Tableau and other tools for user experience-based traffic management analysis, focusing on time-to-content metrics.
• Propose and assess new technology use cases.
• Perform device-level analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Carry out city-level coverage gap analysis using geo-location data.
• Analyze customer complaints at city/district level using CRM data; provide recommendations.
• Detect problematic router/smartphone devices affecting 5G retainability/accessibility KPIs using cell traces (CEM/LogTool).
• Identify devices with capability issues impacting N40 accessibility KPIs via trace analysis.
• Perform EZE call flow-based analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present high-quality technical and executive reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in 4G/5G RAN optimization.
• Strong experience in performance analysis, traffic management, and KPI improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Python, and Linux shell scripting for data processing.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills; fluency in English.
