Job Description

The client is looking for an MNS Core CS BO Manager based in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

The MNS Core CS BO Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Core Circuit-Switched (CS) and International domains within the Mobily Network. This role involves team leadership, operational excellence, customer interfacing and driving automation initiatives across the core network landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of ~20 Core CS Back Office resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Act as the primary interface with the customer’s Core Director for change management and operational issues.
  • Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of Core Network infrastructure.
  • Drive automation initiatives using AI/ML and scripting for operational efficiency.
  • Handle international roaming issues and coordination with global partners.
  • Manage various ITIL-based processes including:
    • Incident & Problem Management.
    • Change & Configuration Management.
    • Release & Risk Management.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and address system degradations promptly.
  • Maintain and improve network KPIs, performance and service availability.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation and operational efficiency.

Technical Scope:

  • Platforms: BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, CPP.
  • Network Elements: MSS, MSC, MGW, TSC, IP-STP, CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IPWorks, NELS.
  • Tools & Protocols:
    • Protocols: SS7, IP, SIP, Diameter, MAP, ISUP, BICC, CAP, INAP, SCCP, ATM.
    • Tools: K15, MasterClaw, Wireshark, MHWEB, Primus, ERICOLL, KCS, SAP BI.
    • Scripting/Automation: Shell, VB, Python, SQL, MongoDB, ELK Stack, Angular, REST API.
  • Strong tracing and analysis skills, including STS reports and signaling trace interpretation.
  • Experience with node integrations (e.g., RNC, BSC, VAS) and HLR data handling.
  • HW/SW troubleshooting, upgrades (especially AXE) and emergency handling expertise.
