Ying Cui is looking for Managed Service Project Director to work in Africa.

Job Description:

  • Undertake the rep office’s operation metrics for the program, regularly monitor the program’s operation metrics, take responsibility for the final results, and make continuous improvement. Be responsible for the achievement of project delivery objectives and the improvement of project operation, revenue, and CGP.
  • Focus on customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction through value presentation: be the primary owner for delivery satisfaction of project , manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders on the customer side. Cooperate with the NTD department to continuously improve the customer satisfaction of maintenance support customers of the account group.
  • Organize the development of project delivery strategies and solutions, and manage the execution.
  • Take charge of the operational compliance of the project and ensure that the project delivery complies with the relevant management systems and regulations of the company.
  • Make decisions on and control major issues and risks of the project, and promptly escalate issues and risks that are beyond the control of the project team and manage them in a closed-loop manner.


  • Responsible for the monitoring and management of the network operation from global MS projects including O&M
  • Responsible for the development of global network operation management methodology.
  • Responsible for developing O&M Process, Procedure, Template, Tools, Regulations etc., and reinforce its execution.
  • Responsible for the routine monitoring of network operational & performance management in terms of SLA & KPI.
  • Responsible for significant incident/CR management

  • Performance management, stats collection from NETACT / M2000 is must requirement processes
  • Communication skills at CO level

  • Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to work as a team leader, have good coordination and organizing skills.
  • At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry.
  • Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates with Wireless Operator experience in managerial level are preferred.
  • At least 5 years large department management experience with good track records.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC Operation, Field Operation, Network Performance Management, OSS/IT, eTom/ITIL, TL9000, PMP etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
