IT Business Analysis Manager

The client is looking for an Arabic & English speaking IT Business Analysis Manager (Telecom), based in Africa, to work remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and govern the Business Analysis function across multiple initiatives.
• Define, maintain, and enforce BA standards, methodologies, templates, and readiness gates.
• Review and approve requirements packages and functional/logical solution designs.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to solution development, testing, and UAT.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Plan and manage BA resources, reduce dependency on individuals, and build domain knowledge continuity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Business Analysts, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years in Business Analysis, including leadership/governance experience.
• Certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of telecom frameworks (eTOM) and enterprise architecture (TOGAF).
• Proficiency in BPMN/UML for documenting processes and functional flows.
• Demonstrated experience in BA governance, standards, and readiness gates.
