IP RAN Engineer


Job Description

Kimberly Hume is looking for IP RAN Engineers to work a 6 month rolling contract based in Congo DRC.

Job Description:

  • Technical support for IPRAN commissioning
  • Technical support for IPRAN integration
  • Responsible for IPRAN installation and commissioning quality inspection
  • Responsible for software and hardware acceptance
  • Assist for service swap to IPRAN
  • Fault handling and trouble shooting during commissioning, cutover and maintenance
  • Output IPRAN project delivery documents


  • More than 2 years working experience with IPRAN, or Router and Switch
  • Essential skills in network routing protocols ISIS, OSPF, eBGP/iBGP, FRR, BFD, Segment Routing, EVPN, MPLS LDP, RSVP, L2VPN, L3VPN, QoS, etc.
  • Troubleshooting experience for IPRAN, or Router and Switch
  • CCNP, CCIE certification is preferable
  • Results-oriented and highly flexible, able to work with minimal supervision
