IMS Core Technical Project Manager

The client is looking for a Spanish Speaking IMS (IPTel) Core Technical Project Manager to work a 12 month rolling contracts based in Spain (Remote).

High Level:

• Own domain delivery plan and milestones.
• Coordinate technical activities and resources.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Align scope and priorities with the project team.
• Monitor technical deliverables and quality.
• Coordinate MoPs, testing, integration, and acceptance.
• Escalate delivery issues and resource gaps.
• Provide status updates and recovery plans.
• Options order by preference.

Requirements:

• Good experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Spanish Speaking.
• Strong technical project/delivery experience within Nokia IMS / IP Telephony (IPTEL) environments.
• Good understanding of IMS architecture and call/session control, ideally including P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, SBC and application-server/service-layer functions.
• Experience delivering VoLTE and IMS projects, with VoWiFi and/or VoNR experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SIP and Diameter, including IMS registration, call flows and integration between IMS and subscriber/core-network platforms.
• Experience managing IMS deployments, upgrades, migrations, expansions or network transformations on Nokia equipment.
