The client is looking for an Implementation Manager to work in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

About the Opportunity:

The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Manager to join their Local Delivery team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of telecom projects, with a strong focus on technical delivery, compliance, customer satisfaction and quality assurance. The Implementation Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and rollout to customer acceptance. The ideal candidate will adopt a hybrid delivery approach, balancing operational efficiency with strategic insights while ensuring alignment with legal, environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation
    • Lead end-to-end implementation of telecom projects in line with contractual and technical requirements.
    • Develop and manage implementation plans based on design specifications.
    • Monitor daily rollout activities and ensure timelines are met.
    • Manage design changes during implementation to address field obstacles.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Interface with internal teams, vendors, and customers, including regular coordination with multiple Implementation Managers.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customer site acceptance, inspections and technical audits.
    • Facilitate progress meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Ensure strict adherence to global and local legal, financial and environmental guidelines.
    • Oversee the preparation of As-Built documentation, SIRs, punch list resolutions and site handovers (PAT and OIL clearance).
    • Enforce EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) practices throughout the implementation process.
  • Documentation & Acceptance
    • Coordinate documentation gathering from engineering, deployment and QA teams.
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all acceptance-related documents (As-Built, BOQ, checklists).
    • Track and report acceptance progress using appropriate project management tools.
    • Support continuous improvement of acceptance processes, tools and templates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in telecom implementation.
    • Experience with Saudi Telecom Operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) preferred.
    • Prior experience with systems is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of RAN, TRM, IBS domains.
    • Experience with Radio/Transmission site surveys, SIR, As-Built documentation.
    • Familiarity with STC tools and processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
    • Effective financial awareness and budget management.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Exceptional customer relationship management.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication engineering.

 

Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP Certification.
