Job Description
The client is looking for an Implementation Manager to work in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.
About the Opportunity:
The Implementation Management function ensures efficient project delivery and supports commercial efforts by providing technical guidance. The Implementation Manager adopts a hybrid approach, ensuring compliance with all operational standards while managing field teams, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive end-to-end project implementation execution, ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables within the defined scope and quality standards.
- Define the scope of implementation and develop a detailed project timeline in coordination with the customer and project manager.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor work and related activities.
- Oversee quality assurance throughout the implementation and rollout phases.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements.
- Manage the implementation budget and control purchase orders with subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor all execution dependencies and project requirements.
- Coordinate execution activities with all relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and manage the implementation team effectively.
- Coordinate with optimization teams for drive tests, walk tests, and acceptance processes.
- Plan and secure deliverable acceptance from the first submission whenever possible.
- Manage the handover of project deliverables to the customer and operations teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communications or related field).
- Experience working with telecom vendors or similar network equipment providers is an advantage.
- Experience with telecom operators
- PMP certification is considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the telecom/communication sector.
- Technical domain experience in RAN (Radio Access Network) and Transmission networks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address implementation challenges.
- Proven team leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills.
- Good financial awareness and budget management capabilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
