Job Description

The Implementation Management function ensures efficient project delivery and supports commercial efforts with technical guidance. The Implementation Manager takes a hybrid approach, ensuring compliance with all standards while managing field teams, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, and according to company quality requirements.

What You Will Do

• Manage and drive project implementation execution end-to-end and act as Implementation Manager, ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables with proper scope and quality.
• Define the scope of implementation and build a detailed project time plan in agreement with the customer and Project Manager.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors’ work activities.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the implementation rollout.
• Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Manage implementation budgets and control purchase orders with subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor all execution dependencies and requirements.
• Manage execution activities with all stakeholders.
• Plan and manage implementation team resources.
• Coordinate with optimization teams for drive test/walk test activities and acceptance procedures.
• Ensure deliverables are secured and accepted from the first submission.
• Manage project deliverables handover to customer and operations teams.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communications).
• Experience in telecom implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience with Saudi telecom operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) is an advantage.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years in the telecom/communications sector.
• Technical domain experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) and Transmission (TRM) technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Financial management awareness.
