The client is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to work in Saudi Arabia.
About the Opportunity:
The client is looking for a skilled Implementation Coordinator to support the rollout of SBS projects. This role involves managing the complete implementation process — including site readiness, coordination with subcontractors, purchase order (PO) management, and progress tracking. The Implementation Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing GAP reports, supporting governance meetings, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the end-to-end implementation of RAN sites, from planning through to handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for subcontractors and service providers.
- Monitor project progress, identify implementation gaps, and prepare GAP reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support weekly and monthly governance meetings by preparing dashboards, agendas, presentations, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout all implementation phases.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and internal compliance requirements.
- Apply and follow up for MDT/TCN approvals with customers to secure acceptance for RAN (2G/4G/5G), MW/Router, and Core (CS/PS) activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project coordination or implementation role.
- Strong technical understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) domains.
- Proven experience in GAP analysis and performance tracking/reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience handling Purchase Orders (POs), including issuance, goods receipt (GR), cancellation, and closure.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
