Job Description

The client is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Local Delivery and functionally to the Project Manager, the Implementation Coordinator ensures all aspects of project implementation are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders — from field engineers and subcontractors to design, civil and integration teams — to guarantee seamless site readiness, acceptance and compliance with EHS and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure site readiness for acceptance.
  • Gather and verify site-specific information including contractor details.
  • Obtain and distribute final approved design documentation for upcoming site inspections.
  • Schedule and confirm joint acceptance visits with customer acceptance teams.
  • Share approved acceptance schedules with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate acceptance visits by ensuring the availability of inspection tools, documentation and site access.
  • Collect and verify acceptance documents from field inspectors and ensure timely sharing of results with project stakeholders.
  • Submit final acceptance folders to the customer, ensuring correct uploading of as-built BoQ (Bill of Quantities) to the customer’s database.
  • Maintain up-to-date progress tracking and regularly report to the Acceptance Manager and Project Managers.
  • Review and validate subcontractor submissions for compliance with project scope and customer standards.
  • Ensure all documentation and site activities meet EHS and quality compliance standards.
  • Assist project managers in identifying risks or delays related to implementation or acceptance milestones.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Communications or Computer Engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RAN/IBS network implementation and site acceptance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of network rollout procedures, quality compliance and site documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes, procedures and project instructions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with customer-facing roles.
  • Sound understanding of EHS requirements in telecom field operations.
