The client is looking for a Principal LLM-based Healthcare Product Specialist to work in Dubai, UAE.

 

Role Overview:

The client is seeking a highly experienced Principal LLM-based Healthcare Product Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between clinical/business needs and AI capabilities within Project Aura. This role will design and validate agentic workflows tailored to healthcare journeys (e.g., diagnostics, chronic care management), ensuring clinical safety, efficacy, and regulatory alignment. The specialist will also drive the product vision and strategy, evolving Aura from an interpreter to a predictive and proactive healthcare assistant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage agentic workflows across healthcare journeys, ensuring alignment with patient and clinician needs.
  • Translate complex clinical requirements into functional product specifications for LLM-based systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to ensure safe and effective system behaviour.
  • Drive the product roadmap and strategy for Aura’s evolution, balancing innovation with compliance.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for user engagement, clinical safety, and health outcomes.
  • Ensure the product adheres to industry regulations and ethical AI standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in LLM-based healthcare solutions, influencing both product and technology directions.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Clinical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8–10+ years in product management or clinical product development, with strong exposure to health-tech or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Designing and managing AI-driven healthcare workflows.
    • Translating patient and clinician needs into product requirements.
    • Working with LLM-based or agentic systems in a clinical context.
    • Defining and monitoring metrics for engagement and health outcomes.
  • Familiarity with clinical safety protocols, medical data standards (HL7, FHIR), and regulatory environments.
