The client is looking for a Government Presales Manager to work in Asia.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Based on the resource requirement of the business plan, develop the product supply strategy.
  • Be responsible for the timely supply of qualified technical resources (including own and cooperation resources).
  • Increase the recognition of the organization’s brand, carry out branding of products and solutions․
  • Be responsible for the rational distribution and use of resources, to increase the efficiency of resource use.
  • Provide support to the company in solving the main technical problems, to ensure the timely solution of the main problems and major incidents.
  • Perform other tasks and other responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor and/or the director, depending on the nature and functions of his/her position.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of government clients, including understanding procurement processes and regulations.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and present customized solutions, often involving demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies and key decision-makers, including building trust and understanding their specific requirements.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring technical alignment with client needs.
  • Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate technical specifications and compelling presentations.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and government regulations relevant to the company’s products and services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, (Telecommunication/IT is preferable).
  • Work experience (5+ years) in international company.
  • Languages: Fluent in Russian and English.
  • Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building, with experience in government sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, identify technical solutions, and overcome challenges during the sales process.
  • Familiarity with the government procurement process, relevant regulations, and the specific needs of government agencies.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and the specific needs of the government sector.
