Job Description
The client is looking for Spanish-speaking Government and Enterprise Project Delivery and Service Manager to work in Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery Management Lead: Serving as a project team leader/core member, seize opportunities and achieve goals through effective project operations; develop overall project delivery plans, monitor delivery progress daily, and promptly report risks.
- Customer Relationship Platform Maintainer and Manager: Plan, build, maintain, and improve relationships with organizational, key, and general customers; manage customer expectations and enhance customer satisfaction; and establish trusting, win-win partnerships to support goal achievement.
- Problem Solver for Existing Projects: Apply project management knowledge, the company’s PMP and other processes, and client communication skills; consistently respond quickly to client issues, coordinate internal and external resources, and resolve client problems.
- Project Delivery Quality Owner: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operations management of projects/programs/business units, ensuring delivery quality, ensuring compliance with QEHS and internal control regulations, ensuring the rational use of project costs, and leading project acceptance and completion.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in communications, electronics, or computer science.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in telecommunications project management, with experience operating independent projects and working with clients; experience as a project development manager is preferred.
- Strong client relationship building and maintenance skills, with the ability to quickly establish relationships with senior-level government and enterprise clients; experience maintaining relationships with senior government officials, ministries, and partners is preferred.
- Teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal communication, organizational coordination, and public relations skills, as well as strong resource coordination skills to mobilize resources to achieve business goals.
