ERP Project Manager

The client is seeking an experienced Arabic and English-speaking ERP Project Manager, based in Africa, to work remotely and lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives. This role will manage scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and risks, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead ERP projects from initiation through go-live, including planning, governance, and change management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for IT, business teams, and vendors.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, escalate issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, defect management, and cutover coordination.
• Maintain risk, issue, and compliance logs, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing ERP projects, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, enhancement, or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procurement preferred).
• Experience managing third-party vendors / system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Oracle-related certification is an advantage.
