Ericsson RAN Commissioning & Integration Expert

The client is looking for an Ericsson RAN Commissioning & Integration Expert to work a 12 month rolling contract based in Côte d’Ivoire (Abidjan).

Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, integration, and acceptance of Ericsson 2G/3G/4G radio network equipment.
• Independently conduct radio network data planning and engineering data preparation.
• Perform configuration and loading of Ericsson network data using Ericsson tools.
• Execute site integration, software commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Support site acceptance tests (SAT) and network verification.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software faults during deployment.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of network rollout activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and acceptance records.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Ericsson RAN commissioning and integration.
• Strong experience with Ericsson 2G, 3G, and 4G radio products and solutions.
• Familiar with Ericsson OSS, ENM, or equivalent network management platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Experience in overseas telecom projects is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); French language skills are an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work on-site in Côte d’Ivoire.
