Job Description

The client is looking for a District Manager to work in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage available resources to ensure accurate and timely delivery of contractual obligations and achievement of defined performance objectives (PODs).
  • Establish general guidelines, governance rules, and standards for teams and service providers (ASPs) to ensure smooth and efficient O&M activities.
  • Facilitate and standardize work across teams and ASPs by providing required templates, reporting tools, and documentation.
  • Monitor monthly Preventive Maintenance Reports (PMR) for all performance aspects (e.g., physical, workflow management, visibility), and take corrective actions when deviations are detected.
  • Track troubleshooting ticket (TT) resolution to ensure contractual SLAs and network KPIs are consistently met.
  • Conduct periodic analysis of TTs to assess the quality of technical management system inputs (root cause, repair details) and identify recurring equipment failures to plan appropriate corrective measures.
  • Follow up on permanent solutions for recurrent failures with teams and ASPs to ensure proper closure and long-term performance improvement.
  • Facilitate and ensure smooth project handover processes from deployment to operations for new sites, modernization initiatives, or OPEX-related installations.
  • Prepare monthly generator overhaul plans and oversee execution until the final customer acceptance is achieved.
  • Consolidate district feedback, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management as required.
  • Build and maintain a reliable database of infrastructure assets and analyze existing equipment to optimize usage and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on theft and vandalism incidents, ensuring all cases are handled according to established procedures and closed with corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with ASPs to review performance, resolve operational gaps, correct errors, and document minutes of meeting (MoMs) with follow-up actions tracked to completion.
  • Manage temporary third-party contractors for specific assignments and ensure tasks are executed to required standards.
  • Participate in meetings with various internal and customer departments at multiple levels (e.g., NOC, regional and district management, technical and operations teams) and provide updates, escalations, and required insights.
