Job Description
The client is looking for a District Manager to work in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The District Manager is responsible for managing operational teams and ensuring the effective delivery of contractual obligations. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors (ASPs), and clients to maintain network performance, quality standards, and service-level commitments. The position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage available resources to ensure contractual obligations are met and performance objectives (PODs) are achieved.
- Establish operational guidelines and governance rules to ensure smooth and effective O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities.
- Provide teams and ASPs with standardized templates, tools, and reporting formats to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor monthly Preventive Maintenance Reports (PMR), including progress, workflow management, and visibility, and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Oversee Trouble Ticket (TT) resolution to ensure adherence to SLA targets and network KPIs.
- Conduct periodic analysis of TTs to assess input quality (Root Cause and Repair Details), identify repetitive equipment faults, and develop repair plans.
- Follow up on repetitive failures to ensure implementation of permanent solutions.
- Facilitate and ensure seamless handover processes from Network Implementation (NI) to Network Operations (NO) for new sites, modernization, and OPEX installations.
- Prepare and track monthly generator overhauling plans through to customer acceptance.
- Gather and consolidate district feedback to prepare performance and status reports.
- Maintain an accurate PIN database, analyze existing equipment, and optimize infrastructure utilization.
- Oversee theft and vandalism procedures to ensure incidents are processed correctly and resolved promptly.
- Hold periodic meetings with ASPs to review performance, address issues, and ensure smooth operations, with minutes of meetings (MOMs) tracked for follow-up.
- Manage third-party vendors for temporary assignments, ensuring completion in line with required standards.
- Represent the district in meetings with client departments at all levels, from NOC to Operations General Management, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
