Developer Technical Service Expert

Ying Cui is looking for a Developer Technical Service Expert to work in Africa.

Job Description:

• Help to guide the company to explore new opportunities
• working with partners on technical collaboration and innovation including cloud-based services, smart device application & wearable application.
• Insight into industry technology development trends and provide valuable suggestions for product development, especially in the AI field.
• The daily work will also involve solutions development, support the partners do the integration with cloud, technical writing and sharing experiences in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis and develop, and communicate final recommendations.
• Establish relationships with the local service providers and top industry partners to aggregate rich, high-quality local content and services.
• Provide technical consultation and integration support for CPs/developers of cloud products to ensure successful product rollout and business success.
• Participate in developer events (online/offline) for the service promotions in the Global markets, and promote and guide developers to use cloud products.
• Leverage data and insights to understand our customers and funnel in depth, identify business opportunities, developing technical documents, best practice cases, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with HQ product teams, enhance the user experience and optimize functions, architecture, performance, bugs, and UX of the product (including code level).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications or equivalent experience related to Information Technology, with relevant work experience in cloud services are preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud consumption trends, needs, and expectations.
• Familiar with cloud market, and local developer companies, services, and products.
• Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Native in English. Additional Arabic languages would be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good teamwork and proactive attitude

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Digital Transformation and Apps Modernization.
