Kimberly Hume is looking for a Design Delivery Manager / War Room Lead to work on a 6-month rolling contract based in Reading, UK.

You will:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers, identifying solutions for unlocking sites with dependencies
• Lead a war room, driving site-specific designs to completion (GA and DD)
• Compile and share exec level reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Work with the delivery / project team to accomplish challenging H2 design targets
• Good understanding of telecoms, both from a technical and delivery perspective
• Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving accountability throughout the project
• Build and maintain a strong team culture in a high-pressure environment
• Consider EHS and apply safety first mindset to all decisions and actions.

Additional Requirements:

• VF site design experience preferred
• Good understanding of CDM 2015.
