Design Coordinator

The client is looking for a Design Coordinator (Implementation – RAN Infrastructure) to work in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

About the Opportunity:

The client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design/Implementation Coordinator to support the rollout of Radio Access Network (RAN) and In-Building Solutions (IBS) infrastructure. This role will focus on managing the implementation lifecycle—from site readiness to final handover—ensuring alignment with project timelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing purchase orders, tracking implementation progress, and supporting project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end implementation of RAN/IBS sites, from planning to handover.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs): issuance, tracking, goods receipt (GR), cancellations, and closures.
• Track project milestones and identify implementation gaps; prepare and deliver detailed GAP analysis reports.
• Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, dashboards, minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
• Follow internal project management frameworks and contribute to process adherence and improvements.
• Recommend and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or project control roles.
• Strong technical exposure to RAN and IBS infrastructure deployments.
• Proven experience with GAP analysis, reporting, and performance tracking tools.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with project management tools is an asset.
• Solid understanding of PO management, including issuance, tracking, GR, and closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with a high attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

• Hands-on experience in telecom project delivery environments.
• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure rollout standards and documentation best practices.
• Familiarity with ERP tools for PO/GR management (e.g., SAP or similar systems).
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
