Charging System Engineer

The client is looking for a Charging System Engineer to work in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description: 

• Configuring and optimizing the performance of IN network, ensuring system health and resolving issues according to standards.
• Managing network changes, analyzing performance reports, and supporting system integration.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Mobile technologies (GSM/WCDMA)
• Experience in charging system nodes such as SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, NGVS, ECE, ECNMT, NeLS
• System administration: Linux OS, Unix Shell scripting, Python, SQL, and Oracle Databases
• Good knowledge of IP networking protocols
• Strong understanding of call flows
• Knowledge of SDP Geo-redundancy setup
• Expertise in handling complex network problems
• Proficiency in Wireshark

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, configure, and monitor IN network performance
• Act on network & equipment issues escalated from surveillance
• Identify and escalate system problems
• Perform routine health checks
• Maintain SW/HW status and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor performance parameters and handle degradations
• Solve service/network issues per agreed timing and standards
• Attend technical team meetings for IN activities
• Implement tariff, service class, and configuration changes
• Provide 24×7 on-call support as required
